The Shop . . . COMING VERY SOON!

I have been saying for some time now that I would like to start an etsy shop.  Up until now this wasn't very practical.  Two Reasons: 1) I was teaching during the day, and working at the studio 2-4 nights a week. 2) Although I love being crafty, I just didn't feel like my sewing skills were up to par for the etsy shop I was hoping for.

Now that I am officially a stay-at-home wife/momma, I'm excited about starting my own small business!  Plus, I am not only learning to sew, but also learning to be creative with the talents and materials I already have!

A Blossoming Homestead:  The Shop is very close to it's GrAnD OpEnInG!

This Thursday our family will be heading to Dallas for my sister-in-laws wedding, but next week I plan to finish up a few last minute listings!  You can expect to see all the fun stuff we've been creating for you by the middle of next week, but for now I thought I'd give you a sneak peak of what's to come!

Coordinating Designer Fabric Burp Cloths!
I love these!

These girly blossoming headbands will come in sizes infant-adult!

Fun, Unique, Bloom Bands!  Such a Great Accessory!

Oh aren't they precious!  These kid's aprons will go fast!

In addition to these items there will also be some 5-strand braided cuffs, and pee pee tee pees (makes a great baby shower gift!) in the shop next week.  I am currently partnering with a couple other stay-at-home mommas to get the shop up and going.  We meet about once a week to toss around ideas and work on projects so you can expect to find lots more stuff in the coming weeks - more kid aprons, adult aprons, baby/kid cloths, clothes and accessories for women, home decor items, personalized jewelry, custom baby quilts, and much much more!  No doubt we will be having some giveaways!!

I hope you are as excited as I am!

  2. I love it! Great minds really do think alike! I secretly started an etsy store a couple weeks ago and have been waiting to finish a few more items before "unveiling" it, lol. Good luck to you!
